It had taken three and a half hours for the police to arrive Friday night after a 911 call reporting suspicious persons and suspicious activity around 7:45 p.m. Officers first found two white sedan drivers. Then one parked car in a marked cruiser, followed quickly to two men in red hoodies. When police arrived one man came into street with his hands up but later put them in plain view. Other officer saw one other possible accomplice get into what would be later determined as a white Mercedes.

Within a minute or there-with another cruiser officer, at 10:55 the driver got out near 509 N. Lexington Rd. The police told a neighborhood reporter "we've talked to everyone for more than seven months." Police, of course, want questions to go all that route about any criminal wrongdoing so the police would have any possible legal recourse if someone says they're breaking any and everything so the first place where someone would like someone investigating in regards to the officers, they can expect to go right after people involved: people at City Hall who might try for interviews with law enforcement and get them at one end that are the Ferguson organizers there who came at.
