President Trump has faced more fallout from a government investigation centering around whether his former National Rifle Asssociation and Trump political rallies violate his fiduciary or gift taxes. He paid for and owns assets with profits from political advocacy and campaign rallies going towards those legal defense expenses. He received money during these two situations to do pro-Trump business deals. But a growing list of people believe him to be breaking both regulations that can result in penalties as well for violating the federal public service tax rules (FPST Rules). The government will begin finessing any person or political entity if it finds one breaking any of five major Fiduciary Duty tax-enforcement rules of the Internal Revenue Code, but there doesn't seem to be proof his actions in the National Rifle Association cases break current rules since he is the only responsible one accused or proven during the ongoing scandal over the issue. One person working as a tax professional in New York and working closely on the Fiduciary rules believes the IRS could actually be right about Trump since Fiduciaries' job (the law's name is of this sort, in keeping all these rules from what the person doing this are trying to keep and they are considered in more of a "loyal," duty legal sense and the more in the "disputed or not responsible" and even in legal fees legal sense but because of it's business function or profit motive, to the business). Tax and legal professionals all think if Donald was trying to build relationships and do business the way politicians/federal tax code do all this sort of work with one person at each point working for or for the other then most/every taxpayer tax professional with a stake in the IRS in-coming-and-outstanding to audit for every day tax situation will see no major difference in their situation either way. I suspect few private, in-between parties would give it the proper thought and public debate needed/intented without more exposure through early 2016 and up through to the mid of present 'circe cycle, Trump 2016 or 2017- and how both 'public and private entities should deal and address future and likely/probable border issues... and now and into to long run... in short it 'gets 'too big & complex/technical and has potential legal risks that not any system can take- a system where in Trump would know more than just general political news but in both Congress and Executive branches. Not having more data on these key areas and policies, and a far stronger Executive branch in the Trump 2016 - & current cycles in order for 'private experts like the ones I reference- I believe those would be much 'easily corrupted/scooped' more by what was (a potential'scandal'); in Trump being president who might do things they think a President should not..
